• Room rates are subject to 6% Sales and Service Tax (SST)
• Booking period: 9 March 2023 - 19 April 2023
• Stay period: 10 March 2023 -20 April 2023
• Min 2 nights weekend and PH for 2, 2+1 and 3 bedroom villas
  
• Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking and is strictly non-refundable or cancellable
• Date changes are restricted to stays within the promotional period i.e. last check-in date 19 April 2023 and subject to availability and must be made within the same criteria, e.g. weekday to weekday and not within festive periods and public holidays. Any changes to booking will be charged an amendment fee of RM50 and rate difference if applicable
• Promotion rate includes price for the villas/suite only and breakfast for up to 2 Adults & 2 Children (6 years below) OR 2 Adults & 1 Child (12 years below) per room; any other extras such as additional guests, extra breakfast, other meals, beverages and activities, etc will be charged separately
• Max occupancy limits: 2 Adults & 1 Child 12 years and below OR 2 Adults & 2 Children 6 years below
• Offer is limited and subject to availability, is not applicable for groups and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions
• Pahang Sustainability Tax of RM 3.00 nett per room per night will also be added to the final invoice
• A Tourism Tax of MYR10 per room per night, will be charged at the hotel for Non-Malaysians and payment is to be made upon check-out. Malaysian citizens (MyKad holders) and permanent residents (MyPR card holders) are exempted. It is mandatory to produce MyKad and/or MyPR and/or other relevant documents upon check-in for registration for identification of nationality and citizenship purposes
